Fantastic Israel was founded in 2019 by Tali Taysiya Melter, an Israeli artist with a lifelong passion for her country’s landscapes, wildlife, and natural beauty. What began as a personal creative project became a mission – to share Israel’s uniqueness with families and educators around the world.
In a world of screens, Tali made a deliberate choice: every product would be created by a real person. No computers. No digital tools. Just pencil, ink, watercolors and an artist’s eye for the details that make Israel extraordinary.
Every book and game begins in the field – observing, sketching, and watching. When a child picks up a pencil and starts coloring, something magical happens: curiosity awakens, focus deepens, and a connection to the land is born. A child who colors a Caracal from the Negev desert will remember Israel – not as a headline, but as a living, real and beautiful place. That’s what we’re here for.
